The BC2M Alumni Program is open to all high school students but is specifically tailored to support juniors, seniors, and graduates as they prepare for life beyond high school. The program offers diverse learning and engagement opportunities designed to inspire, encourage, and equip students—especially those interested in pursuing careers in the mental health field.

The program aims to empower youth to graduate high school, explore higher education, and consider entering the mental health workforce, helping to address the national shortage of qualified and diverse mental health professionals. While the program emphasizes pathways into mental health careers, the skills and experiences gained will support students in achieving success in any field they choose.
