The Pathways program is open to all middle and high school students, with a focus on junior, senior, and high school alumni seeking a mental health careers. The program provides diverse learning and engagement opportunities designed to inspire, encourage, and prepare students for careers in the mental health field.
The program goals are to encourage youth to graduate high school, assist them with getting into college and consider choosing a career in the mental health field, thus helping to address the shortage of qualified and diverse mental health professionals. This program provides students with resources to succeed along this career path; however, the skills learned can also assist them in advancing in other fields.
